Terms of Service

About these terms

These terms apply to your use of the Wemacket pre-launch website (www.wemacket.com). By using this website, you agree to them.

Pre-launch status

Wemacket is an upcoming marketplace that has not yet launched. This website provides general information only. No products are offered for sale, and no orders, payments or accounts can be made or created through it.

Features described on this website — including escrow-based payments, product inspection, the optional Wemacket Verify service, delivery coordination and negotiated offers — are planned functionality. Details, eligibility and availability may change before launch.

Sample content

The marketplace preview on this website, including product names, images and prices, is illustrative. It does not represent real listings, sellers or inventory.

Marketplace terms

Separate terms governing buying, selling, payments, refunds, returns and Wemacket Verify will be published before the marketplace opens. Those terms, not this page, will govern marketplace transactions.

Intellectual property

The Wemacket name, logo and website content belong to Wemacket and may not be used without permission, except as allowed by law.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to this website.
• Do not misrepresent yourself as Wemacket or as acting on its behalf.
• Do not use the website for any unlawful purpose.

No warranties and limitation of liability

This website is provided “as is” for information. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about its completeness or availability, and we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on pre-launch information.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms, and we will change the "last updated" date when we do. Questions can be sent to support@wemacket.com.
