Wemacket is designed to reduce the risks of buying from people you have never met. These are the protections planned for launch.
Escrow-Based Payments
Payments are held under the platform's applicable transaction rules until the release conditions for an order are satisfied.
Product Inspection
Our operational processes include routine staff checks intended to reduce differences between a product and its description.
Optional Wemacket Verify
A separate, paid service: buyers can request additional, more detailed verification for eligible products before completing a purchase.
Buyer Protection
Applicable refund and return processes give buyers recourse when a transaction does not meet platform requirements.
Routine checks and Wemacket Verify are different services. Not every product receives Wemacket Verify, and eligibility, fees and conditions will be published in our policies at launch.
